Choc-cola spider

A chocolate and caffeine hit doesn't get much easier than this, or yummier!

One scoop of chocolate icecream, a nice thick chocolatey one, not some anaemic watery gelati-type thing
one can Diet Coke (oh alright Zero if you must, but I still prefer Diet). I understand names differ from country to country but you'll work it out.

Put the icecream in a tall glass. Add the Coke and stir until evenly frothy - a fork works well.
