Samporado - Filipino Chocolate Rice Porridge

A Filipino vartiation of Chocolate Porridge is Samporado (or tsamporado, sampurado or champorado).

Two serves:
One cup washed white rice, preferably sticky rice
Three cups water (boil it in the kettle first if you are in a hurry like most of us in the mornings)
Two or three heaped dessertspoons of good cocoa or Filipino tabliya
One heaped dessertspoon of sugar

Mix it all in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Simmer until rice softens and mixture thickens.

Serve with milk.
